Can you maintain your bicep/distal bicep shape after injury without surgery through weight training or any other means of exercise?

Short answer yes. Just get it back into motion when you feel like you are able to, you have muscle memory, and the fact you know you've had the muscle their before so you know you can get it to that size again. Start with more reps and a light weight, then gradually increase weight and reduce reps. Don't be scared to start with something really like like a few kgs.
