There is only one tried and tested method for the repair of bicep tendon and that is surgery. But before going for the surgery you must understand what bicep tendon is.

The term biceps tendons describes the kind of tendons that are present in the hands a of a human being and you can find them in the area of arms. The tendons are used to connect the muscles of arms to that of the bone of the hands. When somebody lifts a heavy load without doing any warm up exercise these tendons get damaged and the person has to go for the repair of tendons.

When the process of surgery happens it takes a lot of time to heal and it takes approximately two weeks for the hands to involve into the activity. But the normal strength can be gained only in approximately six months.

Hi I had a bicep tendon repair surgery
now it jas been 8 weeks , I'm a professional bodybuilder
I have another 4 weeks before I can start lifting little moored
and then another 4-6 weeks before I  can train normal .
What I'm worried about now is the scar tissue on my bicep
and I was told today by a bodybuilder friend that now my bicep will be short !  . . It does look kind of funny right now.  At this time
I do not know if the lower part of bicep is simply flattened due to intense scar tissue and atrophy from not working out this arm for over 9 weeks ( I had 2 surgery ) . My doctor told me that all will be looking normal again , he never mentioned a short looking bicep
after surgey . But also I did not asked him about it either.

I do not know if you would have any iddee
about the effect of a bicep tendon surgery on the look of the bicep after full recovery .

The first surgery was moored simple
but the tendon was short , and 3 days after surgery it snapped again . So the second surgey I have a cadaver hamstring tendon
extension and I had 3 cuts  . One in inner forearm, one on elbow
and one on the lower bicep .

I don't know if this give you a better idde ?
No muscles where removed on this bicep , so I don't understand why now the lower part will be missing. But right now it look like this. It does not look great at all .

Thank you
