This is a strange way I found out randomly.one day.
- Sit in a char with your feet shoulder width apart, and your bottom at the egde of the seat.
- Then slide your right foot in the right direction and left in the left direction as much as possiable at the same time.
(But slide your feet aross the floor without taking them off the floor,)
It will look like your sitting in a chair, shaping your legs into a V shape,
and try spread it further then your hips normal limits.
