Dancing is the best remedy for a lot of things in life. It is the best way to release tension, stress and depression. The physical movement one makes along with the rhythm of the music is believed to release a lot of stress hormone and makes a person fresh.

A huge population of people exercise in the form of dancing as it is the only way every part of a body gets toned. It is not only good for the body toning but also provides a lot of fun and joy to a person. Especially if dancing is done in groups, it simply makes it much more enjoyable.

People tend to lose a lot of weight if they dance for at least an hour a day. If they strictly follow it, with in months a major amount of weight can be lost by a man or a woman. For women, it is much better to dance, as they have fat stored in places where it is hard to melt it. Dancing is a good way of reducing fat from those areas especially.

Whenever a person feels sad, if he or she puts on her favourite music and starts dancing, it will put her in to a groove and the person tends to forget all their worries. That is why a huge population of people go out on every weekend to dance clubs to release all their week's work load tension and just feel free.

Ive been danceing since I was two and recently I was going through a tough time, also I had quit danceing. Last week I danced for 3 hours streight and it wa the first time in a while that I felt so amazingly beautiful and relevent in life

There are lots of advantages of dance. It work just like exercise because for dance we need to keep practicing and do different types of poses just like in yoga. So during dance practice our body get stretched, that's why regular practice of it will keep our body fit. It also improve our immunity power!
