I AM LOOKING also for the answer - my hot flashes can last up to two hours - nose running, nausea and sweating profusely. I have no answer because I have done everything to try and research and understand why they stay so long. If there is a doctor or anyone knows why this occurs, please write. I was diagnosed with DCIS and went off hormones - of course that is what set this whole thing off.
