You can't!! you are either going to pregnant or your not. "Washing" does nothing. if she is washing the outside she is not doing a thing because the sperm is already inside. If she is using a femine wash more than likely she is pushing the sperm towards the eggs.

Well there are chances she may be be pregnant but if she washed herself properly then in between then she could not be pregnant but it cannot be determined immediately because at least after sex so she can not pregnant.

The only way to know for sure if she is pregnant, is to go see her Dr. and have him do a pregnancy test on her.
