Yes a paternity test can be done while you are pregnant. It is done around the 14th- the 24th week and is accurate. The procedure is through an amniocentisis. My son is having his other half do this so I know first hand that this can be done.

I've never heard of a paternity/DNA test that can be done before the baby is born. Even then, the test costs a few hundred dollars.
