Alright first off,
Eat lots of decent food. Nuts are especially helpful as well as marmite and fish, which contain B vitamins and oils that are depleted after usage. You may also find it helpful to drink lots of water and vitamin tablets. Different people experience different effects but personally the worst part is the "mid week" blues that usually occur around 4 days after taking and last a further day or so. You may find it hard to concentrate and feel more irritable than usual but make sure you rest and eat healthily and you will recover quickly. If you are prone like me to longer lasting come downs limit your use and frequent use will wear down your body and eventually lead to anxiety, depression etc.
