To me it sounds like you may have ulcers and if you didnt know there from not rinsing or washing fruits like grapes apples oranges peaches or any other fruit realy good. Ulcers are harmless they do get to were they are bumby on the inside of your mouth they can hurt so don't mess with it or will spread a little and its probably red because your gums and inside of your mouth is red. Never mind the gums part your gums are pink.?
