Actually, it could be ringworms!!! BUT...there is a crazy condition of the nerves that causes these tiny red circles to spread all over your body, but often just on one side. It's like shingles, but it's not that. How long has yours lasted? I had a bout that lasted only about a day, and medical info said it was an inflammation of the nerve endings. But don't discount ringworm! If you're an athlete, especially a wrestler, ringworm can run through the team like a stream! All that damp skin-to-skin contact!
