My son is the exact weight and height and he will be 21/2 next month. All the kids his age weigh about 5lbs more than he does. I think our kids are just tall and skinny, but healthy. His pediatrician says as long as his weight increases over time, without decreasing, he is fine. So don't worry every kid is different, its also genetic.
