The yellow or white discharge in eyes is due to allergic reactions. You might be having allergy with some thing like dust, smoke of heavy traffic on the road or smoke of industries. To rear it, avoid the allergen, rinse the eye with cold water and use anti allergy eye droops.

It sounds like conjunctivitis  this is quite common and a simple remedy for this is teabags  the tannin in the tea bags should fix the problem wipe the eyes with these do not leave them on the eyes for long periods of times but I'm pretty sure that should clear it up

It could also be a bacterial infection. Usually conjunctivitis makes your eye bloodshot and it can also itch (conjunctivitis is a viral infection)
