SS had no problems sending me a replacement. I made copies and carry one in my wallet, one in my bible, and have them placed around the home. If you have the information that is on the card, the hospital can use it. I assume you have had hospital or Doctor visits so the copies will just make an emergency away from your family Doctor and usual hospital or clinic easier to get treatment.
I lost my card. I need it before June 29th.
I'm assuming you meant medicard if so just reapply to where it was issued the fist time if your not sure of this ask your local hospital for details
