You're washing them daily and changing into clean sox every day, right?  That's just basic.  It may be your shoes.  Do they smell?  There are many sprays and foot powders that are available.  Many folks find that using a deodorant on the bottom of their feet helps tremendously.  I had one pair of expensive shoes, which I loved, but they produced the most awful foot odor when I wore them.  It actually smelled - and I know it sound funny - but it smelled like moldy dog feces!  You can imagine there was some urgency to find a cure.  I sprayed the insides of the shoes with OUST room spray (air spray I think it's called) and then sprinkled baking soda inside the shoes.  No problem since.  Maybe that would work for you too.
Good luck.

It could be lots of things. But like she said you have to take care of them first and foremost. I know mine will smell and my kids too if shoes have gotten wet at any time. It makes bacteria that is already there grow and it stinks! If you can wash your shoes with bleach it will help. Only if they are white tho. But if you can buy new ones that is better. Use cornstarch in your shoes to help absorb the nasties. Put some in there ever night. Also make sure you don't have athletes feet or anything. Good luck♥
