Yes definitely - but why are 'doing progesterone'? You make it sound like a street drug or something! Progesterone is a very strong hormone and will upset your normal hormone balance. Anything which alters your hormone balance is going to affect your periods.

Yes, progesterone is strong, & you must use the correct dosage. It is used by women when their hormones ARE UNBALANCED. She wouldn't be taking it if hormones were already balanced!
