Don't be worried. It is normal when you shave. As you said the cut is small, it will heal in maximum of 2 to 3 days by itself. If it remains longer and create problem then you can use skin ointment cream.

You should wait a few days if it heals don't worry abut it but if it is still bleeding see a doctor
