It is made in china and india by chemical production companys and is then shipped to different suppliers to be around the world, a friend of mine knows of 1 person he gets from that told him he went over to china to meet the company that made it as he was wanting to buy a massive quantity, he was shown where it was made and given samples! It cost him like 10,000 for 25 or 50kilo drum barrels of this stuff and he was selling it online for 3,000 a kilo!!
