The three shot series is supposedly good for life. It is important to get a blood test done a month or so after your last shot to see if the vaccinations induced immunity. If not, it might be suggested to get the series again. If you are a health care worker or at high risk, you might want to have your blood checked periodically to see if you still have sufficient immunity.
