It depends on their age. Boys yes they will most likely find a girls period gross. Most men are mature enough to not find it gross but a part of life. If a man finds a womans period gross then he is more a boy then a man.

Well, I have to say that I agree with women. If a man is ignorant, immature, inexperienced etc. Then yes often the thought of a women's period is alien to them and turns them off. A man that has plenty of experience with women, understands that is just a natural way for a womens body to keep itself healthy. I don't have an issue with it myself. My issue is when women feeling crappy take it out on me, it's not like I did it to them, nor can I do anything to make them feel better. So it can be annoying and also make a guy feel kind of useless, since our tendency is to want to fix any problem we encounter.
