Personally, I don't think it would be anything to be concerned about OR get surgery over. Some people have big noses, big ears, big hands and big feet. Other people have small ear lobes or maybe a large labia. Ask your OB next time you visit, if it bothers you. But if it doesn't get in the way, cause you pain or keep you from uh hum...you know (having an orgasm) then I wouldn't worry over it at all.

I have the same problem only I'm not self-conscience about it because of sex (sex is way far in the future). The problem is that they puff out of my bathing suit, sweats, jeans...everything. Is there a way (not surgery) to make them appear smaller on the outside...special underwear...something?

Everyone is different. Some men see a large labia as a big turn on.  Don't worry about it.  It is natural and does not need to be changed.

I have the same problem! Don't worry about it at all everyone has a different body!! And if someone can't respect you for that then they have a problem!! And don't even think about surgery!! You'll be fine
