I'm unsure what these pills are cut with, but I do know that this kind of pill is never as good as real MDMA.
It almost always produces bad come-downs, and could be cut with unpleasant substances.
If you don't know what you are taking or do not trust the person who gave you a blue butterfly pill, then I would advise you not to take it.
Always try checking what's in a pill before you take it, especially if it's one of these cut-out pills.
