I wouldn't be surprised, you know, given the fact that the people know how well the government here is corrupt, and the true faces of more and more officials getting exposed everyday.

The only thing you could do is shout from the roof tops, and don't stop shouting.

I would pass the details on to the HPA ( Health Protection Agency) who would hopefully act on this and crack down on illegal drug production.
