If a friend has hit their head AND is drunk, how can I distinguish drunk behavior from signs of a Concussion?

First check the pupils in the eyes with a flashlight. Shine each eye briefly. If the pupil reacts and contracts equally on both sides, the chances are, you do not have a concussion. If the pupil does not react or contract equally, you probably have a concussion. If he/she is unable to answer simple questions...like, his/her name or doesn't know your name, its also a sign of damage.....Go to the emergency room.

Well.... If your friend has hit their head very hard, and is noticeable, I wouldn't wait around to see what happens. You should immediately take that friend of yours to the hospital. Drunk or not, you need to be responsible and make sure he/she will be ok.
