Trim upper hair with clippers - don't shave all the way to avoid razor burn, bumps and ingrown hair. As for the sack, use a lubricant and 3-4 blade razor in a warm shower. Let the shaving cream (the kind in a tube - not foam but consistency of conditioner - which will also work). Don't get aroused doing this as the sack needs to be lose. Gently and slowly shave the sack by positioning it with your fingers. If you are hard your sack will shrink and you could cut yourself. Best bet is to masturbate just before you do this. After you are done, use baby powder and enjoy the new feeling with and without sex.

If you haven't tried it, shaving can be very uncomfortable, and when the stubble grows out it is really irritating. If you are prepared to shave about every three days, those issues won't bother you. You will need cornstarch baby powder to stay comfy all day. If you decide to let it grow out a bit, baby oil works great to stop the crazy intense itching. A better and easier way is to closely trim the hair especially on the scrotum. You have to get the right clipper with a good guard and make sure you don't nick your sack. Otherwise, you might consider waxing. There are some places that will wax a guy's southern regions. It doesn't grow back as fast, and when it does the hair is thinner and lighter.
