How do I keep my arm cast dry in the shower?

You can put a paper bag over it.  Usually the doctor gives you a bag so you could shower, but i used a plastic bag over it.  Like one from a grocery store.  Not the big brown ones but the plastic ones haha.

I have had two casts, the bag didn't work to much for me either. On my second cast (it went all the up my arm unlike my first cast) I figure out that if you take a bath and hang your arm out of the bathtub it is way easier. You can still put a plastic bag over it just to play safe. Oh, and there are casts that can get wet. I don't think a lot of doctors have them though. Well I hope my method helps you.

Yeah but if you don't wash that arm, even though it won't be washed in the first place, it just leaves more bacteria and germs sitting in the cast. My arm got stiff that way, that's why the plastic bag helped that my doctor gave me.
