Lift weights at least 3 times a week, or 5 times if you want bigger muscles faster.
Begin each session with a 3 to 6 mph jog and than do some stretching. DO NOT WORKOUT if you do not warm up. It's not good it could put you out of action for a while and impact your progress.
Make sure to stretch lightly and flex hard during rest time.
To increase the size of your muscle rest for 1 minute
To Increase the strength rest for 3 minutes
Eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.
And last but not least rest properly.
Within 5 months you will notice quite a difference
And one last advice do it properly do not cheat. Be honest with yourself.
