Those states voters have decided to legalize it in their own state. But the Federal Government still see's it as illegal. As long as you're in a state where it is legal, you're fine, however in states where it is illegal, the state's laws against it will apply. Here it is legal for medicinal purposes but the Feds have almost shut it down. Soon, it will be legal everywhere as it should.
