What is the cure for tinnitus? Where can I find information about it?

There is no cure for tinnitus that I'm aware of. Tinnitus is actually the result of actual damage to your ears. Protect your ears from loud noise.

I live with it everyday ! You just sort of get used to it. I've tried many things and nothing has ever worked.

It's best to know the reason for your tinnitus. Sometimes it's a symptom of an underlying medical condition. Then the first step would be to treat the condition.

If your tinnitus is as a result of excessive earwax, then your doctor can clean your ears by suction or flush it out with warm water. Be gentle.

There are drugs that's been used to help relieve tinnitus, but it's not all that successful and the side effects quite harmful. In addition it's drugs for other ailments so not directly meant for tinnitus.

Sometimes, tinnitus goes away spontaneously, without any intervention at all. It should be understood, however, that not all tinnitus can be eliminated or reduced, no matter the cause.
