Is doing more than half hour of cardiovascular training for fat reduction effective? Why or why not?

Cardio training is a very effective method of weight loss as it increases your body’s ability to process oxygen (good) and burns calories. Anything between 30-45 minutes of cardio training a day should be effective but the best way to maximize weight loss is to cardio training together with some strength training. Both training methods are important parts of long-term consistent weight loss.
