Try shutting down your electronics about an hour or so before you plan on going to bed. Pick up a good book and read it. You can also try sleepytime or chamomile tea to help you sleep, melatonin is known to help with sleep also. No caffeine!!

There are many factors associated with sleeping such as maintain a daily routine, sleeping on a good mattress, keep room temperature comfortable, take a little exercise before bed, use perfume etc.
