How does one make it easier to not eat anything at all, aside from drinking water? I did this for about 1 week and lost 10 lbs, but i gave up because it was so hard to keep up with.

I do the same thing every other week. What you do is chew gum. It stimulates the brain and makes your body think that you are eating. And drink black coffee, its only 2 calories. Good luck!
