Is there an actual cure for diaper rash?

Just about every baby gets diaper rash. Don't leave a wet diaper on for too long, maybe let them "air out" for an hour or so every day (: Bathe you baby daily and dry them off real well. Try Using an over the counter cream like Desitin or A&D ointment. If it's caused by an allergic reaction (dermatitis) or a bacterial infection antibiotics may be needed.

Desitin for diaper rash is good to use on infants/ babies. Also adults can use Desitin to prevent bottoms of feet sweating and for Skin Yeast infections , doctor recommended from my old phsyician

Yes, Using cornstarch. This is an old treatment procedure to get rid of diaper rash. Cornstarch helps to keep the skin dry and reduce friction which can prevent diaper rashes. However, there are some problems also.
