Just about every baby gets diaper rash. Don't leave a wet diaper on for too long, maybe let them "air out" for an hour or so every day (: Bathe you baby daily and dry them off real well. Try Using an over the counter cream like Desitin or A&D ointment. If it's caused by an allergic reaction (dermatitis) or a bacterial infection antibiotics may be needed.
Desitin for diaper rash is good to use on infants/ babies. Also adults can use Desitin to prevent bottoms of feet sweating and for Skin Yeast infections , doctor recommended from my old phsyician
