I would say about six meals per day. Remember you have to take in more calories than you burn.

Usually you just put how much you weigh and it tells you how many calories you need, and you put in everything you eat.

Until we know that, it is hazardous to tell you that you can eat 4 or 6 meals..by the way, why don't you build those extra lbs with muscle?
