I don't think either of those will be harmful if taken as directed but the reviews show that neither work too good either. Rather than taking pills or phony supplements, the best way to lose weight is with a proper diet and exercise. Most of that stuff they sell that's supposed to make you lose weight is just junk. Look up a good diet plan on Webmd or one of those reputable sites and stick to it and get out and walk and exercise. You'll lose your weight and feel better too !
