Does getting put to sleep with general anesthesia for a procedure mess up or delay your menstrual cycle?

Before I hit menopause, I had several procedures requiring anesthesia.  Personally I think the stress caused regarding surgeries have more of an effect on one's cycle than the anesthesia.

Well... The facility made me do a pregnancy test, came out to be negative (no shock) that day of. Anyway I got it done on July 2 and I am now 3 days late it's July 14. I do take birth control..??? I'm very paranoid right now
