You need to find a hobby, sport, knitting, whatever will take your mind off things and something you like to do that makes you feel at ease. Everyone is different so each has their own way of releasing tension but just don't release it on other people is all, but there is always a way. Good luck

A good cry .. Always makes me feel better ... Not at the time,mind you... But afterwards.

I know when I am 'due' .. sometimes I just can't cry .. nothing to cry 'about' .. So when I'm deseperate, I will watch a sad movie .. and 'let 'er rip!'

In college I knew  a girl that was pre-med, and always busy and studying, and what she did to help unstress before tests was to laugh very hard for several minutes - not everyone would like this, but she would get on the floor and have her suite-mates hold her down and Tickle her still she was laughing out of control, and then maintain it for several minutes.  She said it released endorphins and always helped her to feel better.

Enjoy God's creation.

Make some quiet time regularly.

Get sufficient relaxation and sleep.
