Nothing keeps me up at night. I follow a nightly routine and jump into bed and my dog puts her head on my chest and off I go, into lala land.

I have to say that some of the comments to this question, one in particular, have me appalled....I just want to vomit. I was told about this "comment" earlier in the day, but chose not to read it until I got home from work as it upset me greatly. You young lady....and I use that term loosely....have just disrespected an entire generation of people, including my father, and many other people I love and care about. Some of which are well respected members of this site. I truly hope that knowing this keeps YOU up at night.....unreal.

Actually ? Not much of anything anymore. I shut everything down and read an hour or so every night and sleep pretty good. Maybe not a lot of hours, but enough for me. About the only thing that does keep me awake or awakens me is my big mouth Basset hound out back barking at something! One of the drawbacks of a doggie door. LOL.

My own stubborn will of not wanting to go to sleep keeps me up at night. I feel like the day has been wasted if I go to sleep to early.

Music. I like to play music really loud (on headphones mostly) and because it's so awesome I get excited and have difficulties falling asleep.

Here ya go, great song

Sometimes when I'm about to sleep all of my rises and falls appear in front of me.

My brain sucks.

I apologise if I have offended you in any way. I was just being serious in that question and thought he might say that. I really think fighting on the field is way more damaging for your mental health than anything else. Again - I am sorry if I've pushed your buttons. I like controversial and deep discussions.

Gena your comment to Rooster wasn't "edgy". It was insensitive and rude. No sane person likes war, and those that go fight because our country asks or orders them to, did not start the war. If you have an issue with war, take it up with the politicians that started it, not the soldiers following orders! These brave men and women have given up so much for you and for you to act so callously is just down right wrong. You are young and you have no idea how something like can affect someone, but I am guessing you are beginning to learn seeing as you are getting so much backlash now. Those who have served care more about you than you apparently care about them. Grow up and quit thinking about how you want a "discussion" and think about how your words will affect people. God help you.
