Ewww. !!! A broken blood vessel ? A mindless scratch ?? A polp ???. A cocaine reaction ??? An over use of nasal decongestant????  If it keeps up gets worse, go see a doctor for an examination and they can cauterize it .

Since I don't know where you are, I'm going to assume it's wintertime and the heat is on. That being said, the humidity level is more than likely low in your house, therefore drying out your nasal passages and causing bleeding from your nose, either while sneezing or blowing your nose. Try using a cool mist humidifier to add humidity to the air in your house.
