Learn to like yourself the way you are. We are all different with different shapes and sizes. You can eat healthy and exercise, but bottom line....you just need to like you!

So the part of your body that is designed to carry a baby is wider. Welcome to womanhood. Women who carry their weight there tend to be healthier, and have easier pregnancies. Enjoy the curves that you have, where they are.

Learn to love and appreciate the body you have. There are people with way worse physical problems and conditions, and you are lucky to look the way you do.

As you grow older, you'll realize that beauty is something you can create through healthy eating, fitness, and the right clothes and makeup, but seriously don't get hung up on it.

How and where your body carries weight/body fat can tell you about what's going on inside your body. Fat stored throughout the hips and thighs is a sign of estrogen dominance in men and women. This can be addressed through a few lifestyle changes.
