Brush at least twice daily. Even better, brush after every meal and snack. Brushing helps prevent stains and yellow teeth, especially at the gum line.

Both electric and sonic toothbrushes may be superior to traditional toothbrushes in removing plaque and surface stains on teeth. Also, don't forget to floss and use an antiseptic mouthwash daily.

Good luck.

Any whitening can reduce enamel so pleas be cautious when doing so. I have had good luck making a paste out of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. I use it once a day until I get as white as I want.

Take a piece of the inside of the banana peel and gently rub around on your teeth for about 2 minutes. The amazing minerals in the peel like potassium, magnesium and manganese absorb into your teeth and whiten them. Repeat the same procedure at night or before bedtime, to whiten teeth.

Pale teeth becomes the reason of low confidence. So it must be treated with the help of a dentist. Like one of my friend was facing lack of confidence while talking to others the she got proper treatment from a periodontist. Now she become more confident.

The best way to whiten teeth is with a lower-strength gel over several weeks. When using custom whitening trays, the teeth are exposed to a less concentrated whitening gel, but for a much longer period of time. You can safely get it done at magicalsmiles.com.au
