I was wondering if it's true that you can get skin poisoning from drawing on your wrist almost every day whit pen?

I have to say no....being a nurse for a looooong time, I've used my skin as paper more often than not, just convenient and it doesn't get lost, I'm still hanging out!

Not by any mass produced pens. Inks nowadays are nontoxic. There was a time when many inks had lead in them, but that is no longer true. If you are using a calligraphy pen with a special ink that is made with certain berries, there may be a slim chance of poisoning.
