For me...stress, smells, fluorescent lighting, hormones are all triggers for me.

I guess we better say "Cause(s)" because headaches occur by thousand of reasons! I hope i'm understanding the question very well.

-High blood pressure

-Lack of rest and sleep

-Tumors

-Common sickness and illness, such as cold.

-Usage of pills and medication and their possible side effects.

-Sudden loud noises

-Sensitivity to certain noises and lights

-Hit, pressure and assault

-Issues with eyes, such as (Hyperopia "farsightedness" and Myopia "nearsightedness"

-Putting edgy sharpen tools in the ear can cause headaches, rarely but it happens.

-Personal mechanism of certain individuals, to some headaches  works as an alert when somewhere in their body responding discomfort.

-Looking at screens such as TV, computers and phones for a long time steady with no rest time to the eyes.

-Headache can occur in concept of the tiredness of the whole body for instance, a possible cause by being steady for a long time, like sitting for hours on a chair.

-Looking at objectives too closely, too long. 

-Looking over blurry sites such as wrong pair of glasses.

1 Food Sensitivities

Food and drink release neurotransmitters, which can cause headaches in some people. Triggers include aspartame, caffeine, chocolate, alcohol, cheese and more.

2  Hormones

When estrogen levels drop (especially right before your period), you may be more likely to get a headache. Keep track of your cycle and plan when you can.

3 Glare

Brightness from your computer screen, sunlight or overhead lights can make things painful. Turn it down and try adding a desk lamp.

4 Eating + Sleeping Patterns

Eat when you’re hungry. Sleep enough (not too much or too little), and don’t sleep in an odd position in a cold room – it can make your muscles spasm.

There are a lot of things that can cause headaches including stress, not getting enough sleep and anxiety. Headaches can also be caused by sinus or cold infections and this can easily be treated by over the counter medicines. As for treating headaches caused by stress and/or anxiety, you should find out why you have stress and take steps to improve it. In addition, you should also make sure to get an adequate amount of sleep. For example, my job sometimes stresses me out but when I find myself really stressed I always talk it out with one of my friends or I'll do something calming like listening to music.

Headache can be caused by stress, lack of hydration and sleep, restlessness and so on. This disease can lead to nausea and vomiting when the case gets worse. Guys, however, following some tips below can help you reduce or get out of headaches:

1. Massage: 

  • Place your thumbs on both of the cheekbones
  • Gentle press the temples by the other fingers
  • Massage the temples in circular motion
  • Slowly move your fingers up along the hairline until your hands meet each other at the center of your forehead
  • Keep doing like this in 15 to 30 minutes

2. Ginger:

  • Cut gingers into slices and expose them to the sunlight for 2 to 3 days
  • Use these dried ginger slices to make tea
  • Drink ginger tea three times a day

3. Mint juice: You can use mint by putting warm mint teabag on your forehead or temples. Otherwise, you can take a clean cloth, dip it in mint juice and place it on your forehead.

4. Ice pack: 

  • Take a clean cloth
  • Soak it in a bowl of cold water
  • Wring the cloth and put it over your head
  • Leave it there for 5 minutes

5. Lemon: 

  • Add one teaspoon of lemon juice into a glass of warm water
  • Dissolve it well and drink.
