(Sorry if it has to get long, thought i cover as much as i can)

That's possible, specially if you have any previous record on having such problems with cheese.

Pimples usually occurs by these factors:

1.Heat 2.Hygiene issues 3.Oily skin (high usage of oily products as well) (unfortunately i'm unaware of there's a scientific name) 4.Maturity (puberty) hormones 5.Menstrual cycle hormonal activity 6.Body building hormonal usage (medicines) 6.Allergies (any kind)7.It could be another symptoms of illness but that's so unlikely.

-If your body's nature is warm (the heat) you'll be impressed much sooner than other people when you use warm nature products. For instance, nuts, banana, coconut, ect . . And pimples occur cause your liver wants to get rid of the extra heat and it express it as pimples out of the skin.

-Oily products are warm nature as well, oils, lipids and even products such as walnut which contain some sort of oil within, can cause a heavy layer of oil and warmness inside your body and cause such pimples.

The cheese you used if it's been from sheep, then high likely it's strongly warm nature and it could be the cause.

(Understanding your body's nature, blood type and mechanism can help you to control and solve such problems effectively so i suggest to study your body very well)

Note: Don't underestimate blood type! It can tell you so many things related to your nutrition and health, for instance, for blood type A, peppers are negative and carrots are positive to use. And i should mention that realizing the nature of your body is very important.

I have never heard that cheese can cause acnes or pimple.

Anyway, I recommend some effective home remedies for pimples:

1. Lemon JuiceCut a fresh lemon and use a juicer to make lemon juice. Plunge a piece of cotton into this juice and apply this directly to pimples.

Alternatively, mix well 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with the same amount of cinnamon powder. After that, place the mixture on the pimples and let it sit for all night. Remove it in the next morning to see improvement.

2. Ice

Prepare an ice bag by putting some ices in a cotton towel or a piece of cloth and apply it directly to the affected areas. Hold it for about 3-4 minutes.

Repeat the process several times to get the best results.

3. Tea Tree Oil

Plunge a cotton piece into the oil then place it on the affected skin. Wash it off with water after 15-20 minutes.

Alternatively, mix some tea tree oil drops with 1 teaspoon of aloe gel. Apply the mixture to the pimples and wait for 20 minutes. Finally, rinse off with water.
