Jr. just licked some Icy Hot and I had to call poison control. What things have your kids licked that caused you to have to call poison control?

Oldest son once licked a street lamp pole, his tongue stuck to the pole. Have to call the fire department.

Younger son put a bean in his ear, doctor used water to get it out. He put a hair pin in a light outlet.

LOL! Yah he must have thought it was his Thomas the Train toothpaste..... similar size, same colors. Poison control told me he would have had to ingest a teaspoon and a half for it to hurt him.

My youngest son shoved a G.I. Joe hand grenade up his nose that had to be extracted at the E.R. Middle son super glued his mouth shut while trying to remove the lid with his teeth, another trip to the E.R.

Nail polish remover. I still remember that phone call. I felt dumb. I had it up and away, but was using it and jumped up to get phone. Only took seconds. Poison Control was very helpful and kind to this first time, hysterical mom.

Yes he was very kind to me as well. I thought about the phone call afterwards and how he has to be calm like a 911 operator does. What a job! O_O
Thank you dearly for answering my friend. I felt dumb as well. :0(
