1. Prayer.

2. Herbal Lemon Honey Tea.

3. 2 Warm Showers.

4. Eat an apple a day.

5. Drink lots of water.

6. 1000 mcg Vitamin C.

I take a lot of drugs. I miss the old Dimetapp and the Nyquil with the 25% alcohol in it.

I drink a lot of water and I have a humidifier running in my bedroom.

Take my Vitamin C , drink hot soup and lot's of water. Stay in bed and read and rest till I start feeling better.

If my head is stuffed up and I am not running a fever I take the hottest shower I can stand and let the steam break loose the gunk. Then I use Vicks rub and try to sleep with my head propped up on an extra pillow. An ice pack, aka a bag of frozen peas, to the face can help too.

I curl up into a foetal position, put my thumb into my mouth and groan pitifully hoping somebody will come and soothe my fevered brow. So far nobody ever has but I live in hope.

When I am sick, I usually try to drink some ginger tea, consume lots of water and take some vitamin C

There are another option for you to choose such as cinnamon, cloves or sugar or even rice water.
