don't go cold turkey. I know from experience. Try weaning yourself with smaller and less cups a day. Always have water on you. Try prayer for self control to help you get past the urge to drink more coffee

● Carry a water bottle.

● Drink a glass with every meal.

● To improve the taste of tap water, add lemon juice or use a filter.
