MMA workouts consist of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No Holds Barred (NHB) Fighting, Boxing, Kickboxing, Thai Boxing, Wrestling, Weight Training, Etc.
To enhance your martial arts training I would strongly suggest using calisthenics and general bodyweight routines. There are many to choose from but it doesn't have to be complicated: Chins, Dips, Pushups, Squats. Two or three times a week for 20-minutes total. Just do a set of each rest a minute and repeat for a total of 20-minutes. Each time try to increase the total number of reps or sets you were able to do.
