Walking.
Run first, long distance maybe 4-6 miles, then go to the weight room at school or the gym and do stuff on rotation like squats, calf raises, deadlift until your legs feel like jello. Then get your protein in, hydrate. That is what they're making us do at xc/soccer workouts.

I think walking or running is one of the best leg exercise
For this you can use following yoga poses:
1. Wide Squat
2. Extended Wide Squat
3. Half Bound Wide Squat
4. Balancing Bound Wide Squat
5. Flamingo
6. Extended Hand to Big Toe
7. Eagle pose.
You can start different works on legs like yoga, gym,running etc but the best way is to doing yoga for this you must have knowledge about yoga poses for beginners.
