Change my scenery. Go to another room. Sit outside, weather permitting. I take a shower, change clothes and bedding. By then I'm so tired from all that, that I fall into my clean bed and watch TV.
What do you do when your sick and can't go out even though you have cabin fever?
I play with my dogs. Read on the back porch and get fresh air. Walk around the yard and lament how far behind I am on the upkeep.

I try to listen to something or look at something positive. A website that I am drawn to is jw.org. It has helped to up build me and my family when we were shut in and couldn't get out. It contains videos and short films that the entire family can enjoy. Give it a chance
