l had my periods from 5/04/2017 to 10/04/2017.but lm bleeding again.what could be wrong with me?what should l do?

You've had a period from April 5th to April 10th and now you have another period? No idea how old you are, however, if you are young, you can have irregular periods for a couple of years until things smooth out. When in doubt, call your doctor and ask to speak to one of their nurses.
